My Theme Song

Picking a theme song may seem like a trivial task, but that is for those who don't truly analyze what a theme song means to a person. Thankfully I fall under the category of people who don't analyze what a theme song means to a person so this task should be easy. The hardest part about finding my song was really just thinking about the songs that I have liked, loved, and hated. Sifting through years of songs wasn't enough for me, I couldn't quite pin down a song that I thought was truly my theme song. So I figured the best thing to do was to look through my esteemed classmates blogs and find out what they had been using. NO LUCK! I couldn't believe it, the first blog I went to click on didn't exist and the second blog had no posts on it. Clearly 2 was enough to sift through so I sought to texting my fellow classmates about what they had done. After coaxing my colleague to give me an idea as to what my theme song would be and she came up with Energy by drake. Clearly we were not in fact on the same wave length as I had led her to believe during my motivational speech to get her to think about some theme songs. This didn't deter me from figuring out what my theme song is.
I started listening to music and I came to the conclusion that my guilty pleasure is indeed Nickelback. I grew up listening to Nickelback in my Dad's truck as he drove me around and picked me up for school but I could never figure out why so many people hated the artist but I still liked it. I have chosen Far Away by Nickelback to be my theme song but a close second has to be Dear Younger Me by Mercy Me. Both of these songs may not describe my personality very well but I reminisce when I listen to them so that is why I have chosen them.
