Brown v. The Board of Education is a case that argues against the separation of blacks and whites in school. This would be a very important case because it argues against the precedent set by the other landmark case, Plessy v. Ferguson.

The Litigation team arguing for Mr. Brown opened with a strange but effective statement. Staying completely on topic and relevant the defendant Jeremy related baking a cake to segregating schools. Despite what you may think this opener did grasp the attention of the jury and the judge and paved a way for the rest of the litigation team to lay down argument after argument about how change should happen.

The Litigation team defending the State of Kansas and the Board of Education stated mostly precedent to defend their side. Stating that lower courts had refused to change leading up to this so why should there be a forced precedent to tell all other states to suddenly stop segregating schools.

In conclusion the Judge ruled in favor of Mr. Brown and his Litigation team due to overwhelming positivity and very convincing arguments such as international opinion and actual cases of Blacks going to a white college and the world moving on.
